CTM’s Oil Mist Collector has four-stage filtering system.
- The first filter screen is a woven stainless steel screen, cable of filtering oil mist (filtering particle≧ 20μm).
- The second filter screen is fabric cotton, which can leach the water mist (filtering particle≧ sub-micron).
- The third filter screen is resin fabric, which can filter oil gas (particle≦ 0.1μm).
- The forth is the filtration cartridge, which is able to filter oil smoke (filtering particle≦ 0.01μm).
This exclusively designed filtering system is capable of thoroughly reducing oil mist, also offers a unique air purification function. The Oil Mist Collector with Air Cleaner “consumes less electricity, while providing maximum oil mist suction performance”.

Environmental recycling & Energy saving and carbon reduction

- In the OMAC4-A model as an example, the actual measured collection rate is 99%. It is capable of collecting up to 0.8 liters per hour or 17.5 barrels oil per year, and with each barrel at 200 liters, which can save about 3504 liters per year (0.8 liters X 12 hours/day X 365 days/year)

The above three filters are all attached with a stainless steel frame. The filter can be used for a long time and is easy to pull up and clean.

The Stage-1 and the Stage-2 filters are disposable filter cotton that can intercept: oil mist, water vapor, and partial dry dust. No cleaning is needed and replacement is convenient. Costs of the consumables are low.
The Stage-3 filter: A filter bag and it can effectively intercept ultra-fine dry dust. The disposable filter bag is easy to replace and of low cost. It can sufficiently extend the life span of the Stage-4 high precision filter cartridge.
